Jeremy Lamont

Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy Lamont has been trailblazing powerful ways to inspire vast audiences to act for more than three decades. Over the years, this journey evolved–from live event production to digital publishing to pioneering a metaverse–while singularly seeking to simply serve people. 

Between 1990 and 2012, Jeremy made his mark producing special event content for an elite clientele, including former US Presidents, Fortune 100 brands, and celebrities. This foundation–studying how thousands of audiences responded to unique experiences–would prove invaluable in his future endeavors. 

Transitioning to digital publishing, Jeremy launched an online and app magazine that catapulted him into contact with national icons. His interviews with iconic American families—descendants of Martin Luther King Jr., Billy Graham, and John F. Kennedy–resulted in meetings at The White House, Center for Security Policy, and Israel Embassy. As CEO and publisher, Jeremy was honored to attract top talent, including TIME Magazine’s David Aikman as Editor-in-Chief. 

In 2021, Jeremy was offered a role as President of a metaverse platform. By 2022, he collaborated with investors to acquire the Lifeverse platform, and by 2023 had signed letters of intent from key leaders representing audiences of millions. 

Today, Jeremy stands at the helm of two transformative entities: Lifeverse and Dishman Distribution, where the company’s Cleargreen Initiative has begun transforming the Ag products industry. As CEO of both, he is strategically aligning eCommerce with brick-and-mortar goals in order to generate countless practical and purpose-driven opportunities for all involved. 

Jamey Meredith

Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

Jamey Meredith’s position at the forefront of two groundbreaking ventures, embodies his commitment to environmental stewardship and global compassion. 

As Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Cleargreen, a Dishman Distribution company, Jamey is spearheading growth of the Cleargreen Initiative—a revolutionary movement focused on sustainable agriculture. Under his sales leadership, massive retail chains, landscaping corporations, and more are discovering proven natural solutions, including Cleargreen’s innovative nano-tech surfactant and Lonarch herbicide, setting new standards in eco-friendly farming practices. 

Jamey has propelled Cleargreen to remarkable heights, securing partnerships with industry giants like SiteOne Landscape Supply. This collaboration, spanning 650 nationwide locations, has opened doors to exceptional growth and widespread adoption of sustainable agricultural products. 

But Jamey’s vision extends beyond his corporate vision. As Founder of the Benevolent One ministry, he embodies a purpose-driven approach that transcends traditional commerce. Benevolent One operates on the principles of servitude and generosity, providing critical support to disaster-stricken areas worldwide. 

Through robust partnerships and an unwavering commitment to community, Benevolent One responds to catastrophes with immediate and comprehensive aid. This operation stands as a testament to Jamey’s deep-seated belief in the power of giving and the importance of community support in times of crisis. 

Nathan Roberts

CCOFOUNDER AND CFO

Nathan Roberts brings over three decades of invaluable experience in alternative investments to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Cleargreen. His diverse background spanning both buy-side and sell-side positions provides him with a unique perspective that greatly benefits Cleargreen’s financial strategies and growth initiatives.

In his capacity as CFO, Nathan leverages his extensive experience in investment strategies to drive Cleargreen’s financial success. He plays a crucial role in sourcing and evaluating investment themes, monitoring existing investments, and facilitating co-investment opportunities for outside investors, including family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutions.

Nathan’s exceptional career began at Goldman Sachs & Company, where he worked in the futures and foreign exchange department. During his tenure, he gained comprehensive experience in operations, client service, and sales trading, covering a diverse portfolio of clients including large Hedge Funds, CTAs, Asset Managers, Pensions, and Sovereign Wealth Funds. 

In 1995, Nathan joined John W. Henry, a premier CTA manager, where he spent 15 years honing his skills in trading, management, and capital raising. This experience provided him with deep insights into the intricacies of financial markets and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Cleargreen, Nathan held the position of Director of Business Development at both Bank of America and Wells Fargo Securities, further broadening his expertise in the financial sector. His most recent role was with CAZ Investments, where he continued to expand his knowledge and network in the investment industry. 

A native Texan, Nathan currently resides in Dallas. He is the proud father of two children – one in high school and another attending Texas Tech University. This personal connection to the next generation fuels his passion for sustainable financial practices and long-term strategic planning at Cleargreen. 

Sonja Dishman

Cofounder & Director of Field Operations

Sonja Dishman brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Director of Field Operations at Cleargreen. With a remarkable 45-year background in agriculture, Sonja’s expertise spans farming, cattle ranching, and the rodeo circuit, providing her with a deep, hands-on understanding of the agricultural industry’s needs and challenges. 

Sonja’s professional journey includes 15 years in manufacturing, adding valuable insight into production processes and quality control. Her educational foundation was laid at Conners State College, where she honed her agricultural knowledge and business acumen.

At the heart of Sonja’s commitment to Cleargreen is her love for her family – two sons and a daughter – as well as her enduring affection for animals and farmland. This personal connection to the land and its stewardship drives her passion for Cleargreen’s mission to provide eco-friendly, effective agricultural solutions. 

When not in the field or strategizing Cleargreen’s operations, Sonja enjoys unwinding with a game of Texas Hold’em or a round of 8-ball pool. Her hobbies reflect her strategic thinking and competitive spirit, qualities that serve her well in the fast-paced world of agricultural innovation. 

Dawn Kellerhouse

Regional Sales Manager

Dawn Kellerhouse brings over three decades of real estate and sales management expertise to her role as Regional Sales Manager at Cleargreen. Her extensive background in property management and customer service, combined with her passion for environmental stewardship, makes her an invaluable asset to Cleargreen’s mission of creating a safer, greener future. 

In her position at Cleargreen, Dawn is instrumental in expanding the company’s eco-friendly Cleargreen Initiative throughout the region. Her ability to forge strong relationships with key partners is a driving force in Cleargreen’s growth and impact.
Two examples of alliances Dawn has forged with prominent eco-conscious organizations, include:

  • Keep Florida Beautiful: Collaborating on initiatives to maintain Florida’s natural beauty while promoting sustainable practices.
  • Babcock Ranch: Partnering with America’s first solar-powered town to implement Cleargreen’s innovative, environmentally friendly solutions.

Dawn’s approach to sales management goes beyond traditional metrics. She focuses on building lasting relationships based on shared values of sustainability and environmental responsibility. Her deep understanding of the real estate industry allows her to effectively communicate the benefits of Cleargreen’s products to a wide range of stakeholders, from individual property owners to large-scale developers.

As a nature enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and mountain biking, Dawn brings a personal commitment to environmental conservation to her professional role. This passion translates into a genuine and persuasive advocacy for Cleargreen’s eco-friendly products and practices.
